Project Delivery Terms
Last Updated: April 2026
At Strakon Digital™, our web design and development projects are managed with military precision. Below are the terms outlining how our digital assets are delivered and handed over upon completion.
1. Project Timelines
All timelines, milestones, and projected deployment dates are estimations based on our initial scope of work. We strive to meet and exceed these timelines. However, the pacing of any project is heavily reliant on the client providing necessary feedback, media assets, and approvals at each strategic milestone.
2. Milestone Approvials
Our projects are divided into distinct phases (e.g., Wireframing, High-Fidelity Design, Front-End Development, Backend Integration). At the end of each phase, we require direct client approval before proceeding to the next. Delays in approving these milestones will proportionately extend the final delivery date.
3. Final Delivery & Deployment
Once the project reaches the final staging environment and is fully approved by the client, the project will be marked as "Ready for Deployment."
Deployment to the live production server (or transfer of source code) will **only commence once the final 60% completion payment has been remitted and cleared** in our accounts. Upon clearance, the digital assets will be fully deployed within 48 to 72 business hours.
4. Post-Launch Support
Following the successful delivery and deployment of the application or website, Strakon Digital™ includes a standard 30-day "hypercare" window to resolve any hidden bugs or immediate technical issues at no additional cost. Any feature requests or design changes post-launch will require a new service agreement or retainer.
